  • No anesthetic is required, and the shape can be checked immediately after the procedure.
  • The incision is hidden inside the nostrils, preventing visibility. It gives less swelling and needs simple care.

Close Rhinoplasty Process

Consultation

A surgeon interviews the patient to identify any medical conditions or drug allergy background to ensure a safe procedure.

Choose the nose shape

A surgeon evaluates the facial and nasal structure to identify the position. Then, design the shape of silicone or the material of rhinoplasty to suit the patient’s face. At SiriWellness, the customized MoonR silicone is used for each case.

Local anesthetic injection

Prepare the patient’s body before injecting anesthetic, and wait for the anesthetic to take effect to start the procedure.

Performing rhinoplasty

The incision is made inside the nostrils at a size that allows the insertion of silicone. This technique does not need anesthetic, so a shorter recovery period is required.

Aftercare

A surgeon will schedule the follow-up after one week and one month.
