Mini open rhinoplasty is a technique in which the incision is in the middle, just like the open rhinoplasty. The surgeon makes the incision at the columella (inside of both nostrils), allowing the nasal structure correction at the tip of the nose, providing a more beautiful, slim, and refined nasal tip.
